Our journey began in Italy, where our director, Nikolle, was raised in a world shaped by construction, design, and craftsmanship. Growing up within a family of designers and builders, he developed a deep appreciation for detail, structure, and the importance of doing things properly, values that continue to define our work today.

In 2019, Nikolle founded NNEN, a company built on passion, precision, and a commitment to excellence across all aspects of building. From bathroom and kitchen renovations to double-storey extensions and full home transformations, the business quickly earned a reputation for quality workmanship and dependable service.

As the company evolved, so did its vision. To better reflect what we truly offer our clients, NNEN has proudly rebranded to Optimum Build & Renovations Ltd, a name that represents our promise to deliver an optimum service, every time.

Over the past six years, our company has gone from strength to strength, growing beyond what we could have imagined. We’ve had the privilege of working with incredible clients and bringing a wide range of ambitious projects to life. This success is built not only on the quality of our craftsmanship, but on the strong relationships we form, our clear and consistent communication, our punctuality, and our professional approach to every project, no matter the size.
